Calvin Klein Jeans Spring '17 (Photography: Willy Vandeperre)
Calvin Klein, under Raf Simons' new reign, has been noticeably stronger, rolling out this week a classic campaign for Calvin Klein Jeans' spring '17 collection. The imagery was photographed by Simons' longtime collaborator Willy Vanderperre, who worked with him on a Robert Mapplethorpe-inspired series, and features models like Jonas Gloer and Tyler Blue Golden.

Equally vintage and modern, the minimal black-and-white imagery stays in line with the clean, all-American image Simons has been creating for Calvin Klein. This new campaign follows the brand's "American Classics" underwear rollout, which featured some of the same faces and a similarly sparse aesthetic, as well one with the men of Moonlight.
