The Pop Art luminary strikes a pose for the menswear label's look book.
California has been on our collective mind here at the office. With yesterday's legal ruling to strike down Prop 8, we've never been prouder of our West Coast counterpart. So it seemed perfectly apt to come across these photos from Los Angeles-based designer Scott Sternberg's look book for spring 2012 for his label Band of Outsiders, featuring artist Ed Ruscha. Seeing as both Sternberg and Ruscha are heavily inspired by their California surroundings, this is an ideal pairing. In the past, Sternberg has used Hollywood up-and-comers like Andrew Garfield and Rupert Grint. You can check out all the images at the Band of Outsiders website, which also includes images of Academy Award-nominee Michelle Williams showing off the womenswear collection.
