So, yesterday we gave a big thumbs up to the Queen of England for showing some sartorial derring-do by stepping out with Kate Middleton wearing a hot pink ensemble--emphasis on hot. But it appears that she's not the only one with a penchant for show-stopping pink numbers. Designer Marc Jacobs showed up to the opening night party for "Louis Vuitton-Marc Jacobs"--an exhibit featuring his work as creative director for the French label, now open at Les Arts Decoratifs in Paris--wearing a pink polo dress. Marc, who is a huge fan of the brand Comme des Garcons, which frequently supports a men-in-skirts moment, and has oft been spotted wearing a kilt, but a full-on pink dress is wild even for Jacobs. But, hey, it's his party and he can wear whatever he wants to it.
