Designer Patty Perreira's retro-futuristic creations for her eyewear brand Barton Perreira has already garnered
a loyal following of Hollywood A-listers --Ryan Gosling, Brad Pitt, and Giovanni Ribisi, to name a few.
For fall, she introduces a stunning, vintage-inspired collection of versatile frames. Our favorites: The Truman, a pair of clip-on sunglasses that we wish were named after this column. Instead, they celebrate Missouri boy Harry Truman, a.k.a. "Give 'Em Hell Harry," executor of the Marshall Plan after WWII, and the only man in history to authorize use of an atomic weapon. Now, that's quite the conversation starter at happy hour!
