Never say never! Tom Ford had sworn he would never make a sneaker until he'd find a way to produce one that matches the same quality standards as his ready-to-wear creations. With the imminent launch of his first collection of sneakers, available this fall, Ford has managed to raise the bar. The designer sourced the best cowhide leather, which is tanned by hand in Italy and worked on for 10 days to become as supple as possible.
