Nike celebrates Black History Month with a new limited-edition collection of sneakers, shirts, hats, and socks designed to honor the athletes and coaches who have positively impacted sport with their courage and determination.
This year, the honorees are Theotis Beasley (skateboard), Kevin-Prince Boateng (soccer), Jerry Rice (football), Brianna Rollins (track & field), C. Vivian Stringer (basketball) and John Thompson (basketball).
A portion of proceeds from the sale of the 2015 BHM Collection will go to the Ever Higher Fund, to support organizations that seek to maximize the potential of underserved youth through sports.
The BHM collection, which plays on graphic optical illusions with black and white patterns, is one of the best we've seen from Nike so far, and the campaign images shot by JUCO, the dynamic duo who lensed our entire Out100 portfolio last year, makes us want it even more.
Click through to see the full campaign, and shop the BHM collection in Nike stores and atNike.com.
