Lee is the first menswear designer to win H&M's fashion competition.
H&M announced the winner of its Design Award at Stockholm Fashion Week. For the first time, it's an American menswear designer who won. Ximon Lee, a 24-year-old Parsons graduate is quickly emerging as one of New York's finest fashion talents.
In 2014, Lee won the Parsons Menswear Designer of the Year award with his graduation collection. Last September, we profiled him as one of the new New York designers to watch:
Lee goes home with a $56,000 prize, a period of mentorship, and the opportunity to have some of his designs sold at H&M stores. Watch a video of his winning collection for H&M, below:
