Chris Hemsworth's Workout Is So Hot His Shirt Caught Fire

Chris Hemsworth working out

This video of him lifting weights shirtless as a result, will make your Friday.

Thor himself Chris Hemsworth took to Instagram on Thursday (his own day!) to show off some hot workout moves and an even hotter body. I don't know about you, but this bisexual writer is officially having a good morning.

In the two-part video Hemsworth posted to his Instagram, he's shirtless in a large field of grass doing curls, presses, and squats with two 50 lbs dumbbells. I need some water! He runs between several sets of dumbbells, and gawd, his muscles are popping!

"It was so hot my shirt literally burst into flames, luckily I was wearing my favourite pair of fire retardant shorts," the Australian actor joked in the caption for the video. Then he told us all to "give this circuit a go 6 times through." Yes, sir, whatever you say!

Hemsworth was working out to promote his new gay hookup app -- I mean his new team-based workout app -- Centr. Centr is a fitness and health app designed by Hemsworth's own team of trainers, coaches, dieticians, and mental health experts. I don't know if it will actually get you a body like Hemsworth's, but if it works for you, please call me.

God of Thunder indeed. The next Thor movie, titled Thor: Love and Thunder is coming out in 2021 and will feature not only a (hopefully shirtless) Chris Hemsworth, but also bisexual actress Tessa Thompson playing bisexual superhero Valkyrie, who will be looking for a queen to rule Asgard by her side.
