Here's All the LGBTQ+ News Out of Disney's D23 Expo
D23 was this weekend, and that means more queer content from the House of Mouse!
This past weekend was D23, Disney's biennial exposition where they announce many of the big projects coming up from Marvel, Star Wars, Lucasfilm, Disney+, Pixar, Disney Animation, and more.
Every time D23 comes around there's lots of big news, and this year wasn't any different. While we didn't get any new announcements about gay MCU heroes or trans Disney Princesses, we did get lots of info about projects starring some of our favorite queer stars.
Since D23 happens every two years, last year we didn't have the event, and instead, a lot of similar announcements were made on Disney+ Day. But this year, it's not just info about projects coming to the streamer.
