And we couldn't agree more!

Hocus Pocus is a cult classic Halloween movie that continues to resonate with people of all generations.

After the Sanderson sisters had been gone almost 30 years, Disney brought the witches back in 2022 with the long-anticipated sequel film Hocus Pocus 2. All three original stars — Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy — reprised their roles as the Sanderson sisters. But even though many fans assumed that the sequel would be the last time we saw the OG witch sisters, Disney suggested that wasn't the case.

During an interview from June 2023 with The New York Times, Disney's Sean Bailey confirmed that Hocus Pocus 3 is indeed in the works. Considering that the statement happened over a year ago, even the film's lead actress is questioning when the script is coming. Specifically, Midler did not hold back when discussing the third installment in a new video.

Midler appeared on the talk show Busy This Week and was asked about the third installment of Hocus Pocus. Unsurprisingly, she had quite an iconic response!

"I haven't seen the script, but I've heard rumblings. I think if they're gonna… they oughta! Because time is not just marching. Time is barrel-assing to the finish line. Get us while we’re still breathing. I mean, god!"

We wholeheartedly agree. If Bette Midler is rushing Disney to speed up production on Hocus Pocus 3, then we're completely on her side!
