Here's the First Look at Colman Domingo as Bayard Rustin
Colman Domingo has transformed into one of the greatest leaders of the Civil Rights era.

Netflix
Netflix has released first-look images of Emmy-winning Euphoria star Colman Domingo in his starring role as civil rights leader Bayard Rustin in the upcoming film Rustin.
Rustin, which revolves around the gay civil right’s leader and his help in organizing the 1963 March on Washington alongside Martin Luther King, Jr., was written by Julian Breece and Dustin Lance Black. It will see Domingo team up and reunite with his Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom director George C. Wolfe.
Netflix
“He was this big thinker and an incredible organizer, and he was influential to not only Dr. King, but all these other young people as well,” Domingo told Vanity Fairabout Rustin. “We owe a lot to Bayard Rustin. I think it’s part of my mission to make sure that hopefully, come this fall, there will never be that question again, who Bayard Rustin was.”
Netflix
“I knew that being Bayard Rustin was not about me,” he continued. “It was about so many of the marginalized people, the women of the march, all the men, the people who don’t get a name, who don’t get their shine. I knew I had to be in service to them.”
Netflix
It also stars Chris Rock, Glynn Turman, Audra McDonald, Aml Ameen, CCH Pounder, Michael Potts, Bill Irwin, and Da’Vine Joy Randolph.
Rustin hits Netflix on November 17. Keep scrolling to see more first-look images.
