Tying the knot: 9 films that actually feature gay weddings
We love a gay movie wedding!

Sex and the City 2; Love Is Strange; A Nice Indian Boy.
New Line Cinema; Sony Pictures Classics; Blue Harbor EntertainmentNo matter how long it's been since Obergefell v. Hodges, it always feels great to see a gay wedding — even if it's taking place in a movie!
While there aren't nearly as many movies about gay weddings as there are movies about straight weddings, Hollywood is making some slow progress by including a few of them.
To be clear: These aren't gay movies where a straight wedding takes place, like The Birdcage or Imagine Me & You. These films are also not just gay movies about married couples (e.g. The Kids Are All Right and Knock at the Cabin). This list only considers films that actually feature and/or are about gay weddings.
