Barry Keoghan Shows How Much Fun He Had With That 'Saltburn' Bathtub

Barry Keoghan is making waves with his performance of Oliver Quick in Saltburn. In the film, Oliver becomes obsessed with Felix (Jacob Elordi), strikes up a friendship with him, and gets invited to spend the summer with Felix’s family at their estate named Saltburn.

The movie is full of twists and turns, as well as several tantalizing scenes of Oliver as he processes his obsession with Felix. In one scene, Oliver sees Felix masturbating while washing himself in the bathtub. Later, Oliver enters the bathtub and proceeds to lick the bathwater around the drain that was left by Felix.

Oliver’s bathtub scene is erotic, sad, hilarious, and disturbing... all of the above. This moment is meant to show not only how obsessed Oliver has become, but also that Felix isn’t within his reach as a love interest. So licking the bathwater it is – at least according to Oliver’s logic.

On Monday, December 4, Keoghan shared new behind-the-scenes pictures taken while he was filming Saltburn. In two of those pictures, Keoghan finds himself in the infamous bathtub that would go on to make so many headlines.
