Christmas season is Mariah Carey season!

Does it smell like gingerbread in here?

Now that Halloween has passed, the most wonderful time of the year is upon us: Mariah Carey's "All I Want for Christmas" season!

The undisputed Holiday Queen welcomed us into the new season with a delightful Halloween-to-Christmas video shared across social media platforms.

The video starts out in black-and-white Halloween mode, showing Carey dressed as a to-die-for stunning Morticia Addams and doing the tango to a spooky version of "All I Want for Christmas Is You." In just a few hours, the video has reached 40 million views on Instagram and 15.4 million viewers on TikTok (as of this writing).

This 2024 edition of "IT'S TIME!!!!" is a dark and haunting good time, until a wardrobe opens and reveals one of Carey's iconic Christmas dresses. We then see the calendar changing — showing that we've officially left one holiday and are about to enter another.

Carey is soon sitting in a sleigh and hitting a high note… and her dance partner, who was dressed as Gomez Addams in the spooky section, turns into a magical snowman. Her haunted house also transforms into a winter wonderland!

The all-time iconic "All I Want for Christmas Is You" song plays, and all we can think is: ugh, we love Christmas music!!!

Last year, Carey had a similar unveiling video that left us gagging. In that one, she was frozen inside a giant block of ice while people in Halloween masks tried to defrost her.

While they weren't able to melt the ice, Carey's legendary five-octave singing absolutely could — allowing the pop star to break free and turn the whole world into a Christmas playground.

We now get two whole months of everyone listening to "All I Want for Christmas Is You" on repeat, which means that another no. 1 spot is coming for the Queen of Christmas!
