Colton Underwood, best known for his appearances on The Bachelor and subsequent coming out documented through the Coming Out Colton docuseries, is determined to work out on his ass-ets in 2024.

The former football player and reality star came out in Apr. 2021 during a headlines-making interview on Good Morning America. In Sep. 2021, Underwood confirmed that he was dating political strategist Jordan C. Brown — with whom he got engaged in Feb. 2022 and then married a year later.

While we’ve already seen Underwood display some great back arch form in previous posts on social media, it seems like the Beyond the Edge star is still not content with the junk in his trunk. This week, he shared a workout routing via Instagram stories, writing: “2024… the year I get an ass [peach emoji].” Well, props to you, sis!
