Earlier this week, Charli XCX announced a remix of her song "Guess" featuring a mystery artist. Today, she confirmed the rumors that it is, indeed, Grammy- and Oscar-winning pop star Billie Eilish.
Both artists posted the same clip on their respective Instagram pages that opens with XCX saying, "Hey Billie, you there?" At the end of the clip, you can see Eilish and XCX flop down on a mountain of bras and panties and hear Eilish's signature giggle.
The remix and music video drops later today, August 1, at 3pm PT.
The song marks Eilish's first-ever feature credit, and in a recent interview with Zane Lowe, she recently spoke about how fun it was to work with a producer that wasn't her brother, Finneas. We now know she was referring to Charli XCX.
"I've never done a feature. I did a session with another artist for the first time in six years," she said. "It was really fun and I was really nervous. I haven't worked with anyone but Finneas in six years and I hated it back then. I really really hated it. I hate the studios, I hate collaborating."
This is the fifth remix off of XCX's critically-acclaimed album brat, following iconic features from Lorde, Addison Rae, Robyn, and more.
