Fans couldn’t be more excited to start watching the new episodes of Heartstopper season two, which is set to premiere on Thursday, August 3 on Netflix.
Kit Connor (Nick) and Joe Locke (Charlie) are returning as the main characters, along with fellow costars Yasmin Finney (Elle), William Gao (Tao), Corinna Brown (Tara), Kizzy Edgell (Darcy), and Tobie Donovan (Isaac). Also reprising their season-one roles are actors Sebastian Croft (Ben), Rhea Norwood (Imogen), Jenny Walser (Tori), and Olivia Colman (Sarah).
Alas, the second season of Heartstopper is also introducing viewers to a set of new characters… and we finally have our first-look pictures at these new personalities who are joining the series!

This new season introduces fans to Nick’s older brother, David, played by Jack Barton.

One of the new teen characters on Heartstopper season two is Sahar Zahid, who had already been introduced in the graphic novels. This character is brought to life on TV by Leila Khan.
