Emma D'Arcy (Rhaenyra) and Olivia Cooke (Alicent) are set to be scene-stealers once again with nail-biting performances in the second season of House of the Dragon. Both D'Arcy and Cooke are masters at creating tension and bringing complicated characters to life, and we cannot WAIT to see their journeys in this next installment of the hit HBO series.
Plus, this wouldn't be a House of the Dragon story if we didn't mention the one and only Matt Smith, would it? On the show, Smith portrays a morally gray character in the juiciest, most irresistible way. Whether you admit it or not, you know you're dying to see Daemon on your screen again!
One thing about the trailers for House of the Dragon season 2: they're making sure we know the new season will have dragons… LOTS of them!
Unlike the original Game of Thrones series, we probably won't have to wait too long to see dragons fighting, flying, and killing. Season 1 ended on the brink of an all-out war between House Targaryen — tensions are running high, the children are getting involved, and they're all fighting to sit on the Iron Throne and rule Westeros.
