Nicole Jacky's reaction to her boyfriend Kendall Washington's leaked naked videos at the Love Island USA season 6 reunion special was something we were NOT prepared for.
When the explicit videos first surfaced last month, the silence between Jacky and Washington was deafening. No social media posts, no public comments, nothing. Jacky had even taken a break from social media all together, whereas Washington was out and about on socials responding to the situation.

But at the reunion, Jacky finally broke her silence.
Addressing the situation, it appears she was upset because Washington had lied about origin of the video.
"I just want to say something," Jacky said during the special. "Obviously, the video is not OK. Nobody deserves that. Everybody in this room can agree, it’s f*ked up."
She continued: "However, I think if you say you love somebody, in the moment, when you’re telling me about something you need to be honest. Instead of saying it’s from years ago to someone you trusted an ex-girlfriend and then I find out two days later from JaNa that it was in the hotel room before you go on the show to someone on a dating app is crazy."
While she acknowledged the violation of privacy (and the subsequent cyberbullying and homophobia) that Washington faced following the leak of his videos, Jacky didn’t exactly rush to his defense. The situation seems like a double-edged sword, and although we understand Jacky's need for honesty in her relationships, there's no saying how you will react to something traumatic like a massive invasion of privacy.
Thankfully some of the islanders rallied behind Washington to defend his mental health at the time of the leaks. It's difficult to be concerned with a lie, considering the gravity of what happened to Washington. We can only hope to see some resolution from the couple as they confirmed they were still together.
The Love Island USA season 6 reunion special is now streaming on Peacock.
