The fans of Operación Triunfo – a talent-based reality competition series airing in Spain – have already fallen in love with what appears to be a showmance between season 12 contestants Martin Urrutia and Juanjo Bona.

Martin came into the competition as an 18-year-old from Getxo, Basque Country. In turn, Juanjo introduced himself as being 19 years old and from Magallón, Aragon. Slowly but surely, Juanjo and Martin have made their way through the rounds and are still active in the competition as of Gala 5, which aired Jan. 1, 2024. Through it all, these two are developing an increasingly close bond with each other, and are practically inseparable whenever they’re hanging out.

Juanjo and Martin’s duet performance on Operación Triunfo, “God Only Knows,” has already reached a whopping 654,000 plays on Spotify. Furthermore, there are endless social media posts shipping these two guys on TikTok, X/Twitter, and Instagram.
