Nooo don’t break social media, you’re so sexy aha.
Nicholas Galitzine has become a certified Hollywood stud in the last few years. First, fans fell in love with him as our fave gay royal prince Henry in Red, White & Royal Blue. We then found ourselves crushing hard on his performance as the himbo football player named Jeff in Bottoms.
In 2024, Galitzine is going back-back-back to the royal realm as George Villiers in the new Starz series Mary & George featuring Juliane Moore (Mary) and Tony Curran (King James I)… and fans have been going feral for his steamy queer scenes on the show.
So it only took Galitzine coming back to X (formerly Twitter) and sharing one question, “Who’s gonna be watching #MaryandGeorge tomorrow?” for the actor to completely break the internet and get tens of thousands of fans losing their minds.
That initial question was followed by another cryptic X post, “So…” which got even more engagement. As of this writing, that simple word has generated 29,000 likes, 2,800 reposts, and 1,500 replies.
After breaking social media with how exciting Mary & George looks and making his fans spiral with how good Galitzine looks in the role of George, the actor was kind enough to share a new X post apologizing for all the commotion he’s caused.
“Mary & George would like to formally apologize for breaking social media,” Galitzine wrote in his latest X post. “Our power is too potent ;)”
The actor’s cheeky apology currently has over 3,100 reshares — getting even more engagement than his previous two X posts that had already “broken the internet.”
We stan a compassionate king who’s able to apologize at the right time. And for that, we thank you, Nicholas Galitzine.
Are we excited for Mary & George? Uh, I don’t know… is water wet? You tell us, babes.
Mary & George premieres Friday, April 5 on Starz.
