‘The Challenge’ has started its search for a new champion!
MTV is kicking off a new era of The Challenge with the series’ 39th season. This upcoming cycle has been officially dubbed The Challenge: Battle for a New Champion.
During this season, MTV teases that “legends will fall” and “a new champion will rise.” There are many familiar faces in the cast of The Challenge season 39, including five-time champion CT Tamburello, Devin Walker, Tula “Big T” Fazakerley, and Olivia Kaiser.
In the meantime, fans are also already incredibly excited for the LGBTQ+ contestants who will be vying to become champions on The Challenge. This season includes both new and returning cast members from the LGBTQ+ community, including Corey Lay, Kaycee Clark, Laurel Stuckey, Tori Deal, Hughie Maughan, Jessica Brody, and Cara Maria Sorbello – the bi girlfriend of Paulie Calafiore, who just came out as bisexual on The Challenge: USA.
