The Skinny Legend is ready to continue her entrepreneur era!

After the huge success of Trixie Motel – a limited series following Trixie Mattel and partner David Silver opening a motel in Palm Springs – HGTV has now announced that the duo will return to the home-improvement television genre with a new series, Trixie Motel: Drag Me Home. The official synopsis for the show reads:

“Pushing the envelope during their first year as motel mavens, the couple will take the leap into home ownership and cohabitation with the purchase of their dream home in Los Angeles, but it will need some revamping to make it fit for a queen.”

Trixie Motel: Drag Me Home will consist of four episodes. The series is scheduled to premiere in the summer of 2024.

Loren Ruch, head of content at HGTV, wrote in a statement:

Trixie Motel quickly became a fan-favorite program tapping into the outrageous vision that Trixie and David brought to life while also showing the sweet dynamic of their real-life relationship. Now we’ll get to check in on the couple’s progress as motel proprietors and watch them navigate the highs and lows of a personal renovation project while moving in together for the first time.”

Just like Trixie Motel, this follow-up series will also have Drew and Jonathan Scott, a.k.a. the Property Brothers, serving as executive producers.

We can’t wait to catch up with Trixie and David in their fabulous era as home-improvement stars!
