A new cast of "SURvers" is arriving for season 12. But you haven't heard the last of Ariana Madix!

For over a decade, viewers have been enthralled by the dramatic world of Vanderpump Rules, the Bravo reality show following the staff of Lisa Vanderpump's SUR restaurant (and the related TomTom property) in West Hollywood. From the iconic, "It’s not about the pasta!" meltdown to the messy moments of "Scandoval" — in which cast member Tom Sandoval was globally reviled for cheating on Ariana Madix — the original cast has given viewers 11 years of unmatched chaos and memories.

But the Bravo gods have declared it’s time for a reboot, leaving only Lisa Vanderpump to guide a brand new group of "SURvers" — as the staff brands themselves — into the ring of fire that is reality television. Season 12 (with its new cast) is set to begin production in 2025, with a new cast of "close-knit SUR-vers who are as complicatedly involved with one another as their iconic predecessors," Bravo said in a Tuesday release.

"The last 12 years of filming have been an extraordinary run full of laughter, tears and everything in between," Vanderpump said in a statement. "I can’t thank enough those who have shared their lives. How I love you all. In the restaurant business, one shift always gives way to another. Cheers to the next generation of Vanderpump Rules."

"What a thrill it is to build on the legacy of this series by doing it all over again," added executive producer Alex Baskin. "With profound appreciation for the original group and their iconic run, we can’t wait for the audience to see a dynamic new group of co-workers and friends make their way through life together."

As surprising as the shake-up is, this crew was not moving forward with each other after the damage from Scandoval, leaving them now to work on their own personal projects. Most fans speculated the last reunion felt like a goodbye to begin with; Bravo had even added a montage of the OG cast at the end.

I know what you're thinking… But what about Madix? Well have no fear, our girl will continue to thrive as the host of Love Island. She is also set to perform in this week's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Katie Maloney and Madix will continue to run their sandwich shop, Something About Her, as well.

Not every member of the cast is leaving the Bravo-verse. Rules alum Lala Kent, Scheana Shay, and Tom Schwartz will be joining their previous castmates on the Vanderpump Rules spinoff, The Valley. It has been three years since seeing Kent and Kristen Doute onscreen together. Although Vanderpump Rules drama will change, it's almost certain that The Valley will be filled with chaos. Sandoval will appear in season 3 of The Traitors premiering in January 2025.

While the OGs move on, it’s hard not to feel like our Pumptini glasses — Vanderpump's signature cocktail — are empty. After 11 seasons, saying goodbye feels like moving away from your hometown friend group. You know it’s for the best, but it still stings. The new cast may be promising drama, but they have big shoes to fill. For now, we’ll toast to the memories and hope this next chapter keeps the Pump magic alive.

The Valley season 2 is coming soon to Bravo and Peacock. Moreover, Vanderpump Rules is now streaming on Peacock.
