Here's when you can watch the new season—and new queens—of We're Here
They’re baaaaaack!
The fabulous Emmy-winning series We’re Here is returning to our screens for a fourth season, with all new hosts, on Friday, April 26!
We’re Here season 4 is coming to HBO this April, and “follows renowned drag queens Sasha Velour, Priyanka, Jaida Essence Hall, and Latrice Royale, as they continue the show’s mission of spreading love and connection through the art of drag across small-town America,” a release says.
“This season, the queens work with participants in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Tulsa, Oklahoma, as well as in surrounding towns, and take an in-depth, immersive look at recent anti-LGBTQ+ legislation, and the effect it has had on the community.”
The first three seasons starred Bob the Drag Queen, Eureka O’Hara, and Shangela, and the new hosts were announced in July of 2023, with the phrase “New season. New queens. Same mission.” Latrice Royale was then named as the fourth host in September.
The first season of We’re Here was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Unstructured Reality Program, and the second and third seasons each earned two Emmys. Season 2 won Emmys for Outstanding Costumes for Variety, Nonfiction, or Reality Programming and Outstanding Makeup, and Season 3 won for Outstanding Costumes and Outstanding Hairstyling. The show has also won the last three GLAAD Media Awards for Outstanding Reality Program.
The fourth season will consist of six episodes airing on HBO and Max, starting April 26 at 9pm ET/PT, with new episodes debuting weekly.
