Our hearts can't take these first-look pics of 'Young Royals' season 3

​All good things must come to an end!

The upcoming third season of Young Royals will be its last, and fans’ hearts are already breaking as they prepare to say goodbye to Prince Wilhelm (Edvin Ryding) and Simon Eriksson (Omar Rudberg).

Other actors who are also returning for the final season of Young Royals include Malte Gårdinger (August), Frida Argento (Sara), Nikita Uggla (Felice), and Pernilla August (Queen Kristina).

The official Young Royals season 3 premise reads:

“Wilhelm’s speech has consequences not only in the court but also throughout the school, as Hillerska confronts the worst crisis in the school’s history. The prince and Simon are determined to be together, but what are they willing to sacrifice when realizing that their freedom and love might be at odds with the Royal ideals, traditions, and responsibilities?”

We wish Young Royals could go on for many more seasons, but we also respect the choice of ending TV shows on a high note. This will be an emotional ride, so go get your tissues out!
