We’re returning to Hillerska… one last time.

Now that Prince Wilhelm (Edvin Ryding) and Simon (Omar Rudberg) are an official couple in the eyes of their friends and classmates, all eyes are on them. Not hiding from the world is something they’ve always craved, but the stakes are even higher now that the secret’s out.

In the first official teaser for the third and final season of Young Royals, Felice (Nikita Uggla) is seen texting back and forth with Wilhelm while having lunch with her girl friends.

“Coming back today,” Wilhelm tells Felice via text.

She texts back, “I’ve missed you.”

When Felice tells the other girls that Wilhelm is returning, they start to wonder how things are going to play out now that he and Simon are an official couple. “What will they do? Are they a couple now?”

It’s been a bittersweet year for Young Royals fans as the series announced that its third season will be its last. In any event, everyone’s excited to see how this epic love story will reach its end.

Besides Wilhelm, Simon, and Felice, returning characters for season 3 include August (Malte Gårdinger), Sara (Frida Argento), and Pernilla August (Queen Kristina), among others.

The premise for this last season of Young Royals reads:

“Wilhelm’s speech has consequences not only in the court but also throughout the school, as Hillerska confronts the worst crisis in the school’s history. The prince and Simon are determined to be together, but what are they willing to sacrifice when realizing that their freedom and love might be at odds with the Royal ideals, traditions, and responsibilities?”

Young Royals season 3 premieres this March on Netflix.
