The iconic Halloween Carnaval is back, offering an evening filled with spectacular costumes, music, and fun—completely free!

Calling all witches, warlocks, and costume connoisseurs—West Hollywood’s Halloween Carnaval is back for 2024, and it’s bigger, bolder, and more fabulous than ever! It’s time to dust off those costumes, channel your inner party spirit, and head to Santa Monica Boulevard for the ultimate Halloween bash that you won’t want to miss. Oh, and did we mention? It’s completely FREE!

Mark your calendars for Thursday, October 31, 2024, because from 6 PM to 11 PM, West Hollywood’s legendary Halloween Carnaval will take over Santa Monica Boulevard, stretching from N. Doheny Drive to N. La Cienega Boulevard. Expect larger-than-life costumes, epic music, food trucks galore, and thousands of fellow Halloween lovers ready to party the night away. Whether you’re going for spooky or stunning, this is the night to bring your A-game.

What’s new this year? TheAfterlife Transfer Trolley! If you’re hitting up parties across the city, you can hop on this free trolley along Sunset Boulevard. It’s running on select nights, so keep an eye out—it’s the perfect way to travel in style (and without any ghostly parking nightmares).

And for those looking to add an extra elevated twist to their Halloween night, don’t miss the Emerald Village First Annual Halloween Harvest Haunt! This exclusive pop-up cannabis consumption event is the only legal one of its kind in Los Angeles, happening right in the middle of the West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval on October 31, 2024. From 6 PM to 10 PM, you can legally purchase and enjoy cannabis products from The Woods, vibe to live music, and experience a truly unique Halloween celebration—all within the event grounds.
