"Can you recommend some good age-defying, unscented, allergen-free facial moisturizers? I need it for daily use and basic protection. I use Cetaphyl at the moment but feel like there's something better out there."

Chasing early signs of ageing can become a bit of an obsession when you get closer to the big 3-0, but when you're only in your 20s, you don't need a moisturizer with very strong anti-ageing agents. The most important thing is to nourrish your skin, and keep it hydrated to smooth fine lines.

A fragrance-free moisturizer is a good solution for sensitive skin, because fragrance increases the risk of allergic reaction and gives the lotion a higher concentration in alcohol -- bad if you're already prone to dryness. Since we're approaching summer, I recommend that you use a moisturizer with built-in sun protection as well.

Kiehl'sUltra Facial Moisturizer is a good fragrance-free lotion that has SPF 15, so you can wear it daily and have minimum UV protection. Start with a small bottle ($21, 2.5 fl. oz) and see if it works for you. The New-York based skincare brand Anthony Logistics also makes a great Facial Moisturizer that is anti-allergenic and fragrance-free, also with SPF 15 ($32, 2.5 fl. oz, at Sephora). If you want to splurge, Algenist from San Francisco is one of the best new skincare brands out there. Its Regenerative Anti-Ageing Moisturizer is free of synthetic fragrance and has SPF 20 ($90, 2oz, at Sephora).

For your body, you can also start using unscented lotions daily to keep your skin toned. I use the fragrance-free Lubriderm Daily Moisture Lotion ($5,99, 16 oz, at CVS) and it seems to work for me, but if you want to upgrade you can try the Geo F. Trumper Moisturising Lotion ($29, 6.75oz, at C.O. Bigelow).
That should be a good start to maintain your boyish good looks as long as possible!
