The 33-year-old heartthrob snatched America's hearts (and the grand prize) on his first reality TV debut. Now, Efron is using that visibility for good — our good, by showing off his abs.

"I'll be honest, I've never really been into skincare," Efron says in the new ad. "I've actually been pretty rough on my face over the years. But, recently, I've decided to change that."

The visuals make it quite difficult to focus on the rest of what Efron says, but he does reveal that he's not a morning person. So that's something!

Dylan Efron, who is indeed the brother of High School Musical legend Zac Efron, caught the attention of many people in the LGBTQ+ with his appearance on the Emmy Award-winning competition series The Traitors – and also with some spicy photos where he shows off quite the arch.

"I hid [the arch pic] in the back of a carousel and that thing resurfaced with a storm!" Efron told PRIDE at the 36th Annual GLAAD Media Awards. "That's why I'm here! I love how inclusive this community is. That's the best feeling in the world to be accepted like that."

Efron went on to reveal that he is, in fact, ready for more television appearances. "I'm open to another reality show or doing a travel show myself!" he said. "I want to commit to something and do it big. I want to go all in, whatever it is!"

The girls and gays are ready.
