The diva continues her patriotic streak with a VIP performance near the DNC.
Although official videotaping was banned from the event, several posts and videos have surfaced of Lady Gaga's mini-concert held last night for an exclusive, invite-only crowd in Camden, NJ, just across the river from DNC Headquarters in Philadelphia.
Gaga was introduced by New Jersey Senator Cory Booker, who said, "She's fighting for all of us, from victims of sexual assault to people suffering with mental health. She speaks to the gospel of love that she's put to a pretty powerful soundtrack."
The pop star, who is reportedly at work on a new album, sang many old standards during the show, from the classic "This Land is Your Land" to the Nancy Sinatra fave "Bang Bang." She made sure to mix in a little of her own music too, like "Bad Romance," for any little monsters who may have been in the audience.
