The CDC just released a video promoting conversations about HIV...and it's fabulous.
The video is a part of the Start Talking. Stop HIV. campaign and focuses around a set of couples who all meet at a club one night. As we follow the couples home, we see that they all have different ways of stopping the spread of HIV.
And this is all going on while Glee star Alex Newell belts out some killer high notes on stage.
Manny Rodriguez, who is a part of the creative team at agency FHI360 and who helped create the video, gave us more info:
"This is an authentic campaign," Rodriguez told Mark S. King. "With gay men involved in both the campaign staff and creative team. Our goal was to marry CDC research with something that is accessible and enjoyable to watch."
