An explosive, euphoric update on the Meaning of Life single.
Kelly Clarkson is preparing to release her eighth studio album, Meaning of Life, on October 27 via Atlantic Records. The 14-track LP's lead single, "Love So Soft" ushers in a more upbeat era for the pop icon, keeping in line with previous hits like "Heartbeat Song," but taking on a more soulful, R&B edge. Following a visually packed music video with director Dave Meyers (Kendrick Lamar, Missy Elliott), now Clarkson's "Love So Soft" has been remixed by Cash Cash.

"When we got hit up to do our Kelly Clarkson remix we knew we had to step it up," Cash Cash told OUT. "This is actually our second official Kelly Clarkson remix, so we felt privileged she wanted us to do another for her. Kelly's voice is like no other and since we're label mates, we knew we had to go the extra mile. Her vocal takes were very inspiring which made it easy to create a special remix."
The result is an explosive update on Clarkson's original, with grinding synths that lead into slick, house-inspired production suitable for any '90s queer dancefloor. "Love so soft," the singer sensually repeats, before Cash Cash's edit erupts with a euphoric EDM climax. Listen to the OUT premiere, below.
