As an homage to the filthiest queen there ever was, STRFKR's new video "In the End" has Divine written all over it.
Josh Hodges and Keil Corcoran wanted their newest video to be "a cross-dresser, alien abduction type thing," but the final product came out a bit more Thelma and Louise, and we're not mad about it.

The short film's directors told NPR, "We were very much inspired by John Waters' films, specifically, the ones starring the late great Divine. We made the stylistic decision to shoot on 35mm to really pay homage to the gritty feel his early films had."

Tony Soto and Meatball, of Dragula fame, are the queen's running rampant in high-heels and cackling as they commit armed robbery. We think Divine would approve this message.
