The Carry Nation's New Video Recreates The Last Supper with Queer Brooklyn Royalty

Coming straight from the heartbeat of New York is The Carry Nation's latest single and video for "As If!" where the DJ duo recreates Leonardo da Vinci's The Last Supper, but with Brooklyn LGBTQ royalty.

The track, released on Batty Bass Records, is directed by Tyler Jensen includes cameos from the likes of Ryan Burke, Forrest Wu and Rose Dommu. From puppy play to face harnesses and fisting a turkey, The Carry Nation's unruly video is a celebration of all the strange, extravagant things about Brooklyn's queer community.

"It's part of a series of original tracks inspired by the range of sounds culled from this past year of touring," The Carry Nation told THUMP. "Our intention for the song was to create a hypnotic dance soundscape that was equal parts abstraction and familiarity."
