Best New Music: Wrabel's We Could Be Beautiful EP
Featuring our favorites "11 Blocks" and "Bloodstain."
Los Angeles-based singer/songwriter Wrabel has at last released his We Could Be Beautiful EP, which features five songs, including the title track and our previous favorites "11 Blocks" and "Bloodstain."
Though Wrabel's yet to come out with a full length album, we fell all over the singer after watching his "Bloodstain" music video, which he described to us as "an autobiography of sorts, of loving and losing and trying and trying."

This idea of diving completely into relationships--of giving oneself wholly to emotion is present throughout Wrabel's new EP. "I tend to be silent when I need to talk the most," Wrabel told us in April. "I push people away when I need them the most. I break my own heart to save another's, but I would rather love truly, wholly and completely, and hurt, than not love at all."
We Could Be Beautiful is hopefully indicative of a forthcoming full-length album, but for now, take a listen:
