Typically, around this time of year our go-to pop stars have already delivered strong summer anthems, but at this point it's safe to say we're in a pop emergency--that is, unless Katy Perry's souless "Swish Swish" jingle is your cup of weak, lukewarm tea.
Thankfully, New York's underground sensation K Rizz just dropped a new single, called "Come Correct," which features chic house-leaning production and cocky lyrics best suited for your queer poolside playlists.
"Now darling, if you want to step to me, you better make sure you come correct," the slaysian star purs, as the track slips into an ultra-glam '90s instrumental. Best known for her singles, "Yes Bitch," and, "She Foreign," K Rizz remains one of today's most unsung tastemakers, having worn western looks in the club years before Joanne co-opted the cowboy hat.
"This ain't no 'Swish Swish,'" K Rizz told OUT. "Just a sultry reminder." Listen, below.
