"The record is aggressively, unabashedly homosexual."

More than half a decade has passed since Fischerspooner--the highly homoerotic duo composed of Casey Spooner and Warren Fischer--released their last album, Entertainment (2009). Now, the pair is back with their new club-ready single, "Have Fun Tonight," along with a sexy Tom of Finland-meets-disco dream music video.

Like the rest of their comeback album, Sir, due out in September, "Have Fun Tonight" is co-produced and co-written by legendary R.E.M. singer Michael Stipe. The single boasts a very '80s grunge vibe, while still feeling exceedingly modern and fresh.

"The record is aggressively, unabashedly homosexual," Spooner told Nicopanda last spring, speaking about the attitude on Sir. "That was something I wanted to do from the beginning."

Check out "Have Fun Tonight," below.

While "Have Fun Tonight" is the first official release off Fischerspooner's new album, Nicopanda--the fashion brand helmed by OUT100's Nicola Formichetti--actually debuted another track through its dance-inspired spring '16 campaign with YouTube sensation Josh Killacky.
Titled "Everything Is Just Alright," the featured soundtrack is a thumping dance song, fused with a bit more anger, sludge and ferocity than "Have Fun Tonight." But that's not to say both songs aren't dripping with sexual ecstasy and energy--they absolutely are. Take a listen, below:
