Florence + The Machine Debut Hunger Music Video & Announce New Album High As Hope (Watch)
Florence + The Machine have spent the past few days teasing us about an upcoming single and it is finally here, along with possibly the skinniest music video of all time. Florence Welch is such a skinny legend she literally wrote a bop about being hungry -- her mind! The video is giving us Call Me By Your Name meets Annihilation vibes, with Florence dancing wildly in sunlit, plant-filled rooms as strangers gaze adoringly at marble statues in museums.
"This song is about the ways we look for love in things that are perhaps not love, and how attempts to feel less alone can sometimes isolate us more," Florence Welch said in a statement. "I guess I made myself more vulnerable in this song to encourage connection, because perhaps a lot more of us feel this way than we are able to admit. Sometimes when you can't say it, you can sing it."
