Macy Gray Releases New Single & Announces New Album 'Ruby'

Macy Gray has unveiled a new single, "Sugar Daddy," off of her forthcoming new studio album Ruby, her first since 2016's Stripped jazz covers record.

The new song is co-written by Meghan Trainor and comes accompanied by a video, in which Gray plays a troubled, down-on-her-luck lounge singer who turns it around and gets everyone dancing in celebration of sugar daddies everywhere!

Ruby is Gray's tenth studio album, and will be out September 7. She's also confirmed a tour supporting the new work, with European dates confirmed.
