Pop duo Terror Jr is one of the most consistently excellent alt-pop outifts, and their new track "A-OK" turns exhaustion with the state of the world into a certified bop. "These days got me in a slump / White women voted for Trump / But this white woman bumping this white woman / If we point fingers then we just gon' fight women," sings Lisa Vitale (AKA Lisa Terror) over a hypnotic trap beat.

"Everyone's A-OK / If you don't look too hard," posits the chorus. "We could pretend we're happy / Like we know who we are / Everybody's doing just great / If you don't look too hard / We could pretend we're happy / Like we know who we are."
