If you were trying to decide on what the track of the post-pandemic summer was going to be, leave the running open. More than a few artists are readying music pushes and one of those happens to be Troye Sivan.

If you've been waiting for Sivan's next era, wait no more. After teasing fans that some new work was coming about a week ago -- he wrote "Camera roll dump, I miss you guys how are you some new ***** coming soon," -- now we have some specifics.

"And you got me round your fingertips, should be fed up w the bullshit, but everything about you I can't resist," he wrote in a post today. "'You' April 16.'" Wow, what a moment.

The caption seems to be lyrics from an upcoming song titled "You" slated for release on April 16. A week ago, the star seemed to preview the song on TikTok and tagged Tate Mcrae and DJ Regard.

For the post today, Sivan uploaded a new photo featuring himself in some leather pants and jacket, accompanying boots that look very Hedi Slimane-esque, and what looks to be a thong. The photographer and stylist for the photo, Gadir Rajab posted more images of the look on his Instagram. Rajab tagged brands like Issey Miyake and Strateas Carlucci in the photo.

Both Sivan and Rajab posted photos of what seems to be a monitor, with Sivan in another look styled by Rajab. This could mean that there's an associated video as well.
