Lil Nas X's name wasn't called a single time at the Grammys last night -- at least not when it comes to snatching a trophy.

The rapper went into the 64th Grammy Awards with five nominations: Album of the Year, Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best Melodic Rap Performance, and Best Music Video. However, he didn't win any of those awards.

In the early hours of Monday, April 4, a shirtless Lil Nas X took to his Instagram account to sing about his five losses and the fact that he was "hurt" by them.

"Didn't win no Grammys, that sh*t hurt my feelings / That sh*t finna make me cry / I finna cry," he sang in the video. "I ain't win no Grammys / Zero for five Grammys / Zero out of five, that's how many Grammys I won / I ain't win no Grammys / That sh*t make me cry / That sh*t make me cry."

In 2020, Lil Nas X was nominated in six different categories at the Grammys and walked away with two trophies: Best Music Video and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, which both went to "Old Town Road (Remix)" featuring Billy Ray Cyrus. This year, Lil Nas' nominations were for the Montero album and its hit singles "Montero (Call Me By Your Name)" and "Industry Baby" featuring Jack Harlow.

Despite not winning any awards, Lil Nas X performed a medley of "Dead Right Now," "Montero (Call Me By Your Name)," and "Industry Baby" on the Grammys stage - serving yet another iconic performance that'll enter the LGBTQ+ history books.
