A new Miley Cyrus era is nigh!
Three years after her critically acclaimed 2020 album Plastic Hearts, the former Disney Channel star is gearing up for her eighth studio album release, Endless Summer Vacation.
Cyrus has been teasing the era since December, but this morning she shared the promo trailer, album title, and release date.
"ENDLESS SUMMER VACATION. THE ALBUM. MARCH 10," Cyrus wrote on social media.
She also shared the album art, which features her oiled up and hanging onto a chained bar.
But we won't have to wait too long! The first single off Endless Summer Vacation will drop next week. The song is titled "Flowers" and features lyrics like, "I can love me better than you can," and "I can buy myself flowers, I can hold my own hand."
Cyrus has reunited with Bangerz producer Mike WiLL Made-It for the new album alongside producers Kid Harpoon, Greg Kurstin, and Tyler Johnson. The album has been described as a "love letter to LA," "very personal," and a reflection of "the strength she's found in focusing on both her physical and mental well-being." We don't have a tracklist just yet, but we do have a couple of previews for "Flowers" ahead of next week.
Looks like 2023 is the year of Miley.
