Who Should Be The Advocate’s Next Online Cover?

As part of its ongoing "40 Under 40" series, which spotlights LGBT icons who are under 40 years old, Out's sister magazine The Advocate is giving its readers power like never before. With candidates representing sports, media entertainment, and activism, the magazine's website is asking readers to vote for the next online cover.
Focusing on influential figures, such as Out100 honoree Janet Mock and social media icons BriaandChrissy/Shep689 & R.J. Aguiar, it is up to readers to narrow down the list from eight candidates to one portrait.
To vote, readers simply need visit the "40 Under 40" Facebook album and "like" their favorite candidate's photo. Whoever has the most likes by the end of Friday, Aug. 8 will be on the cover.
