Now Rachel and Vania have to reconsider Catholocism.
Though Rachel and Vania found community at LEAD Ministry, an LGBT group within Saint Matthews Catholic Church, the recently married women have decided to leave the Church after they were not allowed to wed there.
"It doesn't make sense to my own interpretation of Catholicism that the church does not welcome LGBT persons," says Rachel.
