"Michelle does not have the patience."
While Michelle Obama has been busy winning hearts and minds on the campaign trail, stumping for Hillary Clinton, people have taken notice and are wondering aloud if/when the FLOTUS would one day be POTUS. Well, current POTUS Barack Obama is laying those rumors to rest--and of all people, he would know, right?

"[Michelle] will never run for office," Obama said on Sirius XM's Sway in the Morning. "She is as talented and brilliant a person as there is and I could not be prouder of her, but Michelle does not have the patience or the inclination to actually be a candidate herself. That's one thing y'all can take to the bank. But she's gonna be, just as I am, we're going to continue to be very active in terms of issues we care about."
Of course, FLOTUS has made no secret of wanting to get the hell out of the White House and out of the public eye, there's even a CNN timeline about it. So when will we get it through our thick skulls that we're stuck with who we have and we just need to make the best of it? Thanks for nothing, Michelle Obama.
