Trump Already Trying It: White House LGBT Page Disappears

The page, oddly enough, is in transition.
Well, it's been only a few hours since America gave the fuck up, and the Trump transition team has wasted no time in burning the place to the ground. Among the first to go: whitehouse.gov/lgbt.
As per TechCrunch, the page was originally replaced with a "transitionsplash" page and now it's gone all together, replaced by this gleaming image of a happy, or at least self-satisfied, same-sex couple:
Obama has easily been the most progressive president on LGBT rights, and while Donald "Ask the Gays" Trump claims he's an ally, the receipts--much like his tax returns--are nowhere to be seen, all the while, he's assembled a virulently anti-LGBT Cabinet.

As Trump and the GOP ramp up to dismantle major parts of Obama's legacy, the state of LGBT rights is up in the air. Maybe the new administration is just getting ready to update its own LGBT page, with Trump, I don't know, giving the thumbs-up as two lesbians kiss. But then again, among the things that have also disappeared: all mentions of climate change.
It might be time for everyone to just start pairing off, getting married, loading up on birth control and prescription drugs, and look into waterproofing everything--you know, just as a precaution.
