1 in 3 of Trump’s Federal Judge Nominees Have Anti-LGBTQ Records

Recent victories for LGBTQ rights have mostly come from the decisions of federal district and circuit courts. That may change under the Trump administration.
According to an analysis by Lambda Legal, nearly one-third of Trump's nominees to open federal judicial posts have a record of anti-LGBTQ advocacy or discriminatory behavior.
If allowed to fill these seats, the federal judiciary could change drastically in the way LGBTQ cases are heard and handled.
