The MSNBC commentator laughed off a live flub.
Rachel Maddow is having quite the week. Not only did she break the first leaked tax returns of Donald Trump, but she also handled a misgendered flub with humor.
The MSNBC commentator recently had Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-N.J.) on her show to discuss Congress' reaction to Trump's tax returns. As they finished, Pascrell mistakenly said, "Thank you, sir." He quickly corrected himself with a "ma'am" and an embarrassed look on his face.
But it was Maddow's response that was hilarious and graceful.
"It's alright, I answer to both," she said, laughing it off. "It's actually quite convenient in really unexpected places."
That sounds like a convenient mindset. God knows I've been mistaken for my mother on more than one phone conversation. Watch, below.
